Found a deal

I went to buy another DVD player...but this time I wanted a player that can could play any DVD and CD
well I thought I found one at a store for 25 bucks..hooked it up and nothing worked..then I red the very small printing and it was for a HD dvd only and HD type DVD for music and copys...but it was not worth a thing
so went to wally world and on the net they had 2 that could do want I wanted..and the price was to high
but went to the store anyway...and found a DVD upconvertor to 1080P and it cost a whole 37 bucks..and said sure this is going to work..but it claimed it could play anything
well took it home..hooked it to a HD input and right off the bat it play anything I had..plus music
it to the pic and made it fit the screen without you havering to do a thing..it showed everything..even the stuff you missed from the the other DVD I got
and right across the from them on the other shelf were the blue ray..and at $300 it is not worth it seeing that you can get every version blu-ray has in DVD.and the blu-ray can not play all formats
so I would look around for a name brand version of one of the new upconvehome home DVD players ...I got a magnavox at that price..not a off brand
so for those that are looking into buying a Blu-Ray system I would look into one of the upconvertors...and save the money and buy something else you may want..like a home wireless home theater system
