Bev/Charlie Receiver instead of FTA - Can it be done?

Hello,

I just spoke a friend who had an installation scheduled. The installer offered to provide her a legit receiver and do something to it to open all channels including PPV. This is what he told he told her:
"Unlike FTA, my stuff never goes down and I come every month to apply updates so that the receiver never goes down"

Of course the monthly visit would cost her $50.00 per month.

Now, is this something that can be done? If it is, then what would someone like me or her need to learn to do? Is this Nagra3/Mpeg4 compatible? Can someopne point me into the right direction for more info on this?

The question is. how?

some dish or bev employee go and install for a client and set them for a example with 2 ird but on account there is 3 this way they get a ird that is active and sell it to someone else .while another person is paying for that.

Few of this people are in jail now because this .soon or later can be track and last one i remember i think was from Tennessee and guy give up all his client info .

my opinion not worth go to jail when you can watch free to air channels free.
