Is there anything I can do myself to fix this?

During my last upload the box shut down and didn't power back up? When I used the power switch on the back of the unit it comes on with ---- and then nothing? Is there anything I can do myself to fix this?

also post in correct section this section is when you having problem with website not with your unit at home.

check other post some people already reply to you.

When downloading the factory file or any file, do not touch anything until there you see 0001 on the front of the box. I shut my down early and it did the same thing "----" and it would do anything. as long as you don't smell wires burning it's hard to mess up a viewsat
