Wiznet Connection

When I pull up the wiznet on my computer it says in the upper right hand corner " not connected ". My receiver are working pretty decent today with some minor freezing. My Question is should the wiznet say "connected"? If so how do I fix this? I have both a premier and an elite I've powered both off and then back on with no change.

I don't think it matter at all, wiznet it's an uploader to update your stb only.
besides remember if ain't broke don't fix it

It is in the server yesterday was bad today somewhat better. wiznet is just a loader program that allows you to update the firmware to the IHub it's self. That i read somewhere. lol
