Sonicview New Ihub server IP's

Two new server IP´s has been added

go to menu
IP config
Change use DNS to No
Write down server IP then replace the last set of numbers for either 88 89 or 115
hit apply

right now 88 it's working way better.

115 is working perfect today 89 was unwatchable freezeing a lot.

It has been reported that manually switching the ip on the Ihub has become an issue for the server
Putting in a specific IP, not using dns yes and w ww.svftaiks.com can cause server to overload. Changing timeouts in wiznet is also causing problems, so these IP's will be blocked from the server.

This is an Official warning from Ihub team do NOT set DNS to NO or you could be banned from server.

This should be posted each day for a while I did not know this and would hate for someone to be BANNED for just not Knowing this !
I read alot just to keep up with the types of things out there! and WAS NO AWARE OF THIS
I Understand and know about the things with wiznet and I.P. addresses and thought that it was O.K. to Pass along!
I have hear of some folks that are unable to get on at all this could be there problem!
If they have made this mistake testing and were not well informed what are they to do!
HAS THIS WARNING BECOME FACT AT THIS POINT OR IS IN A WARNING MODE ONLY!

They just Warning people for NOW

No one has had their ip banned. However, it has been stated that if users continue to play with settings which is causing the problems, their ip will be blocked from accessing the server. How long, we have no idea. It would be best that everyone just leave the settings alone so we don't have to find out.

Rebooting your receiver will default the delay setting back to 8 if you have changed it in wiznet. Go to ip config on your receiver and change the DNS back to Yes if you changed it to No and use www.svftaiks.com for the domain.

Correct me if I am wrong, is it safe to say that when a Sonicview is connected to the internet that it uses svftaiks.com to talk to. And being that that server is offshore they can't get any IP addresses. And would this make the unit safe to have and use.
