No iks on menu!!!!!!

I installed the bin file and everything is in place, but for some reason when I go into user options in Used Priority, i only have ( STB, IHUB) , but I don't see IKS as an option. Any reason why that might be?

sorry bro not set up on that myself but we do have a mod or two here that knows about it thy will be around and sure thy can help you with it. we dont condone the use of IKS here we do read about it but the staff here is more into true free to air and IKS is used for somethings that we shy away from!!

The setting you refer to is in the main menu not the I config menu. it can either be set to iHub or both works either way for me. i have mine set to both. I can see no difference in operation when you change it to iHub. Good luck don't expect to much right now. it needs a lot of work right now. I think SV should have held it off the market till they had it developed it better. it freeze's so much it is unwatchable.

I agree with you, THERE IS NO inks SETTING after up get going you should set it to BOTH and leave it also there is a new file out #239 I cannot upload it am I only a VIP it works a little better { Not Much}
You have to make sure that the port is 1920 it will change to 80 sometimes
Also you can try static and turn off DNS sometimes it runs better
The right setting are
DHCP
Use DNS Yes
Domain Name OpenDNS
DNS IP YOUR I.P. { this may have all oooo" the first time} it will change after apply
ServerPort 1920
Serial # on back of I-HUB

After you set these hit apply Note: you can play with the top setting Static or DHCP and with the USE DNS sometimes try no instead of yes!!!

Well I hope this helps if you have problem just do a hard reboot and wait at least a min to change things

It is shit right now to much freezeing but if you play with the two setting a bit it works better sometimes

Strange how I don't even see the option IKS on the menu. I just have STB, IHUB and BOTH as options, where i see some other people having IKS as an option as well.

Anyways, my box is now working and I've had no interruption as of yet..The only problem I'm having is , I can't for some reason point my dish in a direction where i get both charlie and bev together. I have to rotate me dish in one direction for charlie, and If I ever want to watch bev, i have to go out to the balcony and repoint for reception. Did they relocate the dishes? or is it a port problem..


I HAVE ECHOSTAR 8X ON PORT #4
NIMIQ 1 ( SHOWS AS GALAXY 91) IS SET TO PORT 3
ECHOSTAR 7 ON PORT#2 (BUT DOSEN'T EVEN PICK UP)

They have never moved the satellites you must have a setup problem.
