Default Conaxsat CNX unit will turn on, but I cannot get into Menu screen
My unit will turn on, but I cannot get into Menu screen and front panel displays boot loader version (Ex: C107 or 10500).


The possible causes of these problems are updating corrupted firmware, problem with external storage device, powering off the unit while updating, and etc. However, you could still recover your unit with CNX Recovery Utility and Recovery LDR File. It is found in the Download Section.
