Round Steak Casserole

[hotblonde]

1.5 pounds of round steak
1 small can of mushrooms
1 can tomato soup
1/2 can water
salt and pepper to taste

1. preheat oven to 350
2.mix soup water mushrooms and salt and pepper.
3. pour over steak in pan
4.bake for 1 to 2 hours
NOTE: If you want gravy bake covered. This is good with buttered noodles.

sounds good as a slow cooked meal....we use round steak here after we tenderize it to make chicken fried steak
also I would dump the soup and use spaghetti sauce....but that is why a recipe is started so ppl can change the way it is made to have it taste the way they want
but it does sound good and am sure ppl will like it

Made it last night and it was great only thing I added was some onion and green pepper. Was great over the Noodles.
