Porta pit chicken

[hotblonde]

5 pieces of raw chicken ( your choice)
1 cup butter (melted)
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 can beer
1/8 cup sugar
2 teaspoons black pepper
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion salt
1 teaspoon BBQ seasoning
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce

Mix all in large bowl and place chicken overnight in fridge. I STAB my chicken with a knife to create slices so it soaks up the marinade throughout. Place on grill rotating often and I spoon over marinade when I turn it. Cook until done. ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!



Note: I got this from a vendor I did some tweaking cause he wouldnt give up the full recipe this is what I came up with. If you have any suggestions after you try it let me know. This is really good I love it!!
