 Marinated Beef strips 5lbs-Beef Roast 1 Green pepper 1 Large Onion 6 cloves of fresh garlic 3 dehydrated cayenne peppers 1/8 cup cominos (ground cumin) 1 bottle beer 1/2 cup white distilled vinegar 1/2 tablespoon of salt First cut beef into long strips about an inch thick. Place in large bowl put green pepper, onion, garlic,and cayenne peppers in the blender add beer blend until smooth and thick pour over meat. Then add cominos, salt and vinegar. Mix well with clean hands cover and let set overnight. Next day cook on grill turning every 10 min until done. Serve with hot corn tortillas, chismol and beer!!!! I got this recipe in Honduras when I visited my mother in law. I love to make this meat!!!!           |
