Maque choux (mock Shoe)

8 Cooked ears of corn---------
1 chopped onion--------------
1/2 chopped green pepper----
1 medium tomato (diced)------
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 Tablspoons butter

Cut corn off the cobb. in a medium pan melt butter and add remaining ingr. coom for 20 min or untill peppers are soft. You can add more butter if you like alot of butter on your corn. You can also add hot souce.
