Indian Apple cake

DO NOT USE ELETRIC MIXER!! MIX BY HAND!!


1 3/4 cup sugar
1 cup liquid veg oil
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon salt


2 cups flour
1 teaspoon ciinamon
1 teaspoon baking soda

2cup thin sliced apples ( any apple will work)
1 1/2 cup walnuts

Preheat oven to 375
Mix first five ingreadiants then fold in flour cinn and baking soda when that is mixed well fold in apples and walnuts. Batter will be thick. Spoon into a 13x9 greased cake pan bake for 40 to 45 min depending on your oven. Check with toothpic. Cake will pull from side of pan. ENJOY!!!!!!
