| 1 lb deer meat 4 Tablspoons soy sause 4 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoons liqid smoke flavoring 1 Tablespoon ketchup 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon onion salt 1/2 teaspoon salt Cut meat into strips 1 inch wide and 1/8 thick Mix all ingredients in a large resealable plastic bag. Put meat in plastic bag with mixture Knead occasionally to make sure all meat is covered with marinade. Leave in fridge overnight. You can then put in food dehydrator for 6 to 8 hours untill desired consistency is achieved. You can also cook in oven just line the bottom of your oven with foil. Then lay meat over racks for 6 to 8 hours on 160 degrees. |
