Banana Cookies

[hotblonde]

1/3 cup butter (room temp)
1/2 cup sugar
2 small bananas peeled and mashed
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 lighty beaten egg
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 Tablspoons of sugar mixed with1/2 teaspoon cinnamon to sprinkle on top of cookies

1reheat oven to 400 2. In a large bowl mix butter sugar untill fluffy then add banana and vanilla then beat in the egg.
In a small bowl mix flour baking powder,soda and salt; Then stir into the banana mixture


Drop by teaspoons onto a ungreased cookie sheet 1 inch apart.
Bake for about 12 minutes or untill lightly brown take out of oven the sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture. cool and enjoy! You can freeze in a plastic baggie for up to 4 weeks.
