Need help with CW

I have 4 captiveworks receivers, 3 i bought from a guy that lives in the same town and the forth one i bought from ebay.

I am able to see all 118, 119 and 61.5 sat's on three of my receiver's which i bought from that guy, and the forth one aint picking up as many channels as the other one? Why is that? That receiver aint picking up Dn, I can only see free channels? Is there any way i can unlock receiver or something?

please help me out.. thxss..
