Default CaptiveWorks lnb issue cw800/ultima
I have a lot of working CW units out. I have come up against something I do not understand. Upgraded from a CW600p to CW800s in one case and to Ultima in other. Both systems worked with Dish Pro Dual lnb, one with 2 tvs and the other with 4 (via DP34). Upon replacing CW600's, neither system would then work. Replaced the lnb for the 2 tv system with Dish Pro Plus lnb and the problem went away. I remember reading somewhere that a DP Plus was not designed to work thru another switch. Anyone have a suggestion why new boxes don't work or a fix so they do?
