CaptiveWorks CW800 new bin file giving "Fail"

I have attempted to load the new CW800 bin file (Cw800sv2.11_2009_02_24) and get the "Fail!" message.

I then try to load the previous CW800 bin file that was previously working (though now scrambled) and I still get the fail message.

Why did the new CW800 bin file (Cw800sv2.11_2009_02_24) fail? What do I need to do to get the file to load successfully?

Are you unzipping the file before loading it to your stb?

You might try and delete the file and redownload it they sometimes get corrupted during download. I would try a factory default and try again dont forget to save and reenter your setting's.
