CaptiveWorks cw ultima problem

I just got 2 new ultimas. I have loaded latest file, etc. Signal strength and quality are good (same setup as for 800's). When changing channels it shows good quality and strength but unit "freezes" for a bit (sometimes) and either eventually comes on or says "weak signal". If I change channel again and go back to original may be ok this time, or if I do hard boot it always works. Suggestions please.

its in the file and being worked on. almost all stbs(or alot of them) are doing things like this pansats are doing it too.give it time they will get it.

thru trial and error I have figured out that the unit will get all the channels it should if you wait a bit if it doesn't change right away. New issue is that all channels come up as NR/AO so you can't use Parental Lock. Anyone have this problem?

I have a CW700s.. I am having the same issues here.. It has to do with the new files/patchs. There are reports of this happening on alot of different boxs. Just try to stick it out. It will get better, it always does.
