CaptiveWorks CW 600P files?

Lately i have noticed files being released and posted for different CW's, all except the 600's. This leads me to believe, what i figured is happening several months ago, is that the 600's are done. Anyone have any different info. to dispute this? I am sure the "buy back" they did several months ago was the 1st clue that one should have taken their offer, but i was very happy with my 600 P and didn't think it would be left out in the cold and forgotten, so to say?

Unfortunately CW600 s and p are obsolete. CW 650 is more alive then those models. If you want DN or BEV you need an IKS receiver. If you want to use your CW, it is good for true fta sats.

well there's no support for the cw3000HD on telefonica either and that's their top of the line receiver so i don't think they have dropped the support for any model yet.
I wouldn't throw away your box, maybe when/if a N3 fix it's released they will support all models again.

In reality the cw600s was said by cw to be being replaced by the cw650.
As for no files being released...well let's just say that it is really not likely for the 600 series even if there was a fix for the nag3.

This is why I went with the cw800

The thrush is that was annouce a replacement to the cw650.No files are being released.

well when a manufacturer discontinues a receiver doesn't necessarily means support will be dropped as well, take a look at CNX the mini was discontinued about 8 months ago and today still being supported trough iks.
I think CW has proven them self trough N2 so if a N3 fix is released and the the cw600's models can handle the bins i really think they will continue supporting all models.
