CaptiveWorks captivework 800 audio problem

Got captivework 800 receiver the audio go from normal than goes to very low even had to turn volume on the television all the way up still hear very low sound.
Anyone have the same problem with there audio?
What can be wrong with the captivework 800 receiver this is second captivework receiver the audio went bad, the first receiver last 10 months than audio went bad , so exchange for another 800 receiver ,this one last about 8 month before the audio start going bad.

Hmmmm. I've never heard that before. I'm sure you've checked all your connections to make sure that they're tight. Have you reset your receiver? Make sure nothing has changed from the audio options. 2nd one that's done this huh? Weird. Maybe somebody that has had this happen before will have some better adice. Good luck, and let us know.

Hello If that is your second receiver then there might be something wrong with you audio equipment. Plus what audio connection are connecting with? Try one of the digital outputs and see what results you get.
