Default CaptiveWorks Brand new 700S won't boot

I Purchased a Captive Works 700S from an E-bay seller back in October and just now got to set it up. Upon setup I installed the current test bin and upon re-boot the front display just goes from boot to black, so I installed the current factory firm ware, well then it booted up, but again I re-installed the test bin and the same thing, so I re-did the firm ware and this time I went to the installation screen and tried to back door it, I set up the 110/119 with the proper settings, but I noticed the the pass word never came up, so I then installed the test bin and again it would not re-boot, I'm out of options, I e-mailed Captive Works, but had no response yet. Does anyone have any ideas. I have two Captive Works 800's testing fine and a Coolsat 6100 testing out good, the Captive Works seems to not freeze as much, but the picture on the TV seems better with the Coolsat 6100.
Thanks in advance

This is a rather long post, but their are many problems.
Thanks for responding, here is what I did, it gets complicated. I installed the firm ware thru the serial loader, then as you said I tried to do it again, but it would not download, so the I tried to load the current test bin and it would not take it either, so here is what I did, I took the receiver and hooked it up setting on top of my current running Captive Works 800S, I then turned it on and it booted up, so I used the USB to reinstall the factory firm ware twice, I then rebooted and installed the current test bin and it booted up and finally it ask me for my serial number, I completed that task and set the 110 and 119 sats to the same settings as my 800s and scanned, they scanned good I thought, but after setting up local channels, they didn't come in the same as on my 800s, nor did the other channels, for example the western channel is 342 on the 800s, but 342 on the 700s is the discovery channel, not the same, not only that the signal strength on the 800s is 90%, the signal strength on the 700s is 60% same connection, and it scrambles every minute or two then unscrambles itself, I'm closer but still far away from a good working 700s, I can't solve the channel problem, I did both the 800s and the 700s the same exact settings, I don't understand how they can be that different, their has to be an internal difference, my e-mails have not been answered by Captive Works yet.
Thanks for trying to help

simple solution

go into the menu
system settings
system settings again
go to channel No. and set it for SID

Also take note that captive works does not give support of this kind.
If you inform them that you have added any type of altered software on it then you may as well whistle into the wind because they will never answer you.
