I forgot about Labs When I lived in canada with a girl for awhile. We went camping alot Her lab would keep the bears away and keep the tent warm, Great dog but can eat like a horse.I think she loved that dog more than me thank goodness. Any way dogs are great I hate cats !

Eat like a horse is right !!! He gobbles up about $62 worth every 5 weeks. No table food---unless you leave it on the table & look away LOL. He loved when the kids were little & toddled around with food in their hands, gone,clean as a whistle--funny part was when he got their treats and they caught him--they`d stuff their hands down his throat trying to get it back LOL. Thanx for that memory pal. Cats are cunning, useless little creatures of the underworld----they belong on the end of a rope. LOL

I lived on the Chesapeke bay right on the water and had a Chesapeak bay retriver for the 5 kids we was raiseing. on the 4th of July a small boat sank in front of our house I jumped in and went out to them had to tell them to stand up they was fighting trying to awim and neither could. then they was looking for there child and no sign of him we looked to no avail, Then my wife hollared at me and the dog had the kid in the yard he pulled him out and took him to our yard unhurt but scared. heck the Fire Dept. evn gave him a medal I still have it to this day even though the dog is long gone. Best dog we ever had.

When you make your post just copy the bb code from the individual images inside your album and post it to your message
