Change the shoutbox

Would it be possible to change the layout of the shout box?

I know it may seem like I'm whining, but it's really a pain in the patootie to type at the bottom and then have to scroll up to read it, and then back down to type something. I'm not blonde or anything like that, so I'm am capable, I just think it could be more user friendly.

I've seen a couple of folks asking about this, and i've mentioned it as well..so can we put this to a vote?

How about making the Input box on the Shoutbox at the top, instead of the bottom? Would that be a difficult thing to work into code? I think its just an option in the panel, but I havent fooled with vB in a few years.
Anyone else who would like this, reply here, and if this needs to be moved, please notify me, or move it to the desired thread.

Babygurl....it's a perk for VIPs and staff. It used to be open to everyone until we did away with the chat box.
