every time a nag change comes around people ask what thy can do to help well that were members can help become a vip help us pay for sever and get bigger and better server remember when it hit almost all sites go into vip mode and the sites that dont get over run by non vip members and over load there severs and shuts them down at weeks at a time nag2 was very nasty or should i say map57. talking about overload!!!! nag2 only took 8 hours to get into map57 took months!! everybody was on line!! so remember people if you want to be able to get the latest news and or files you better be a vip if not here you better be somewhere!!! its comeing and when it dose you wont be able TO GET ONLINE to become a vip!!

I haven't posted much here and I am sorry for that but I just wanted to say that I thank and appreciate the hard work the staff does. I am stuck at home due to health and live out in BFE so the hard work you do actually keeps me sane. I am a vip for the reason that I want to be able to get the information and learn how to fta like the "big boys" lol. I just wanted to let the others that might be sitting on the fence debating about the vip, it isn't that much each month and you are paid back more from the staff then the cost so it is a no brainer. If you want to get it then do so. I am glad I did.

I appreciate your post and like you I am disabled and it is hard for a person as you would know not to have a thing you can do be cause you can not get hired ..they say to many days off to se Dr's and being sick and the meds I take the company's will not let me work..and the stupid thing is that most of the company's I was the teacher for electronics and also when I drove a truck I was the one that took out the new guys to teach them the job and gave them the driving tests
so we are glade you have put in a donation to become a VIP member....wish the other members would think the same as you do

I don't know if this will be the right place to say this or not. If it's not then please forgive me but I wanted to say it before I forget.
When I first came on here looking for information to FTA, I was as green as green could get. All I knew was I had a box and that was it. I paid for those sites that said they had this and that file and usually ended up with nothing but a headache. I wasted lots of money until I found this here site.
That is when I started to see that all the searching was over. I know some might say "oh they think they are so great they put "GODS" in the name", but you know what, it wasn't done to make anyone think they were better then the rest. It to me means that they wanted to expose people to the truth and hopefully avoid them the same mistakes I made with paying lots of money when in the economic situation we are in, we shouldn't be doing. I said to my husband "Thank GOD I found this site, now you don't have to pay anymore 19.99's".
I know the fee each month isn't that much. A loaf of bread, gallon of milk,pack of smokes (for those who do) can cost more and not give you the benefits that we get here.
With that being said, I just want to make sure people know that this is a better site than most and if they would just give a little, we will get more. Thank you again.

But there is a lot to learn that will make you know a lot more about your fTA...also use a 33' or biger offset wingard dish with a motor that your fta can move
So there is a lot of things right off the top of my head and a short post to show you that you are in command not the programmers...you may never go back to what you were testing like before
so enjoy the hobby and the new sport you have come with at a price that is not very high in price...sure you can spend over a $1000 on a system...but you also get a computer that would cost that much
so to all the member enjoy yourself and we have staff that have been in this hoby since the 70's and some have HAM incense
Just ask me if I di not know I will find someone on the staff to give you the answer..we have a great staff that are versed in off fields in electronics and we we keep it that way and also will get more staff if they meet our standards
well enough of my babbling but we have upgrade the forum all the time to make our site safe and you you you also dealers that have been checked out so you can feel safe in buying from them
Maybe someday when we get bigger we might have contests for free thing..but I will never say that will happen...just a thought
also being a VIP member you get extra thing reg member do not get..like files and games and other things...so think about getting a VIP membership if you are just a reg member you can get everything the vip get ..but have to wait longer..the VIP's get files right off..when times get slow then the member can get the files..that in itself is a advantage
