Sask. man charged with second-degree murder in death of baby on First Nation

KAMSACK, Sask. - A 37-year-old man has been charged with second-degree murder in the death of an infant on a Saskatchewan First Nation last fall.
Kamsack RCMP responded to a call of a sudden death of a baby at a residence on the Cote First Nation on Sept. 21, 2008. The man, whose name has not been released, turned himself into police.
Police did not say when the man turned himself in.
The man is scheduled to make his first court appearance on Monday in Wadena provincial court.
