 news Man who fell to his death at CFL football game was alcoholic: wife Man who fell to his death at CFL football game was alcoholic: wife 2 hours, 22 minutes ago By The Canadian Press WINNIPEG - The wife of a man who fell to his death at a Canadian Football League game in Winnipeg says her husband was an alcoholic. Barbara Szabo is testifying at an inquest into the circumstances around her husband Andrew's fatal fall. He apparently lost his footing in the stands at Canad Inns Stadium in 2006, went through a guardrail and fell several metres to the concrete below. His blood-alcohol level was more than double the legal driving limit. Barbara Szabo said her husband had about five drinks every day, but it never interfered with his work or other aspects of his life.
