TORONTO (CBC) - After winning $4.4 million in the 6/49 lottery draw, 90-year-old Maurice Ducharme of Oakville, Ont., reckons it's time to do some travelling, he said Wednesday.


Perhaps one of the province's oldest lottery winners, Ducharme won March 21 after playing the lottery for 25 years.

He said he bought the winning ticket at the Lottery Stop on Rebecca Street in Oakville.

The father of four, and grandfather of eight, said he will pay off some bills before setting out on his travels.
