For all that do not have a HD receiver pointed at the eastern arc (61.5w, 72.7w, 77w), start moving your dishes back to the western arc.

The eastern arc will be completely 8PSK by the end of the month, if not sooner.

NOTE: I am unsure if this includes international channels. But all other channels will be 8psk for sure.
