According to WhereIsHD.com, the number of HD additions across the board were low last week. Verizon FiOS came through with only 100 HD additions to its lineups, yet this was almost double the next provider in line, RCN, with just 54 HD additions to its lineups. Cable One and Charter came in third last week both with just 31 HD additions.

With a wide variety of feeds, HBO HD was the most popular added feed with 32 additions. TBS HD was another popular programmer with 20, as was FX Network HD with 19 additions.

Verizon FiOS focused on the Philadelphia and Washington, D.C., DMAs. RCN placed most of its additions on its lineups in the Chicago area. Cable One spread out its additions across the Phoenix and Oklahoma areas, while Charter focused on the Huntsville-Decatur and Portland, Ore., DMAs.

According to WhereIsHD, 420 lineups across the country had at least one HD feed added last week.

HD Broadcast feeds were not accounted for in this report.
