Well I can now verify that SonicView is up at least for there HD 8000 unit. I finished hooking it up today. Worked first time with no problems. The Linskys router was easy to set up had a CD with it that has a setup wizard and tells you step by step and when you are finished it has it working. The iHub is not as simple but if you follow the manual it will work the first time. with no trouble shooting. just be patient while it finds the server.

The only thing that was not real clear I could not find anywhere that told you to use a regular or the null serial cable to hook up the iHub. You need to use a male female regular 9 pin serial cable make sure all 9 pins are on the correct terminals as there are many serial cables out there that operate different things.
