 DISH Responds to NDS Finding in NagraStar Case 12/8/2008 @ 9:55 PM In response to a judge's order that NDS pay DISH Network and NagraStar $8.3 million in fees and costs, DISH Network yesterday issued a statement saying it is "pleased that both NDS and DISH Network/NagraStar can put this issue behind us and hope that we can collectively with other industry players work to ensure signal security in the future." --- Curious what Sam Zell said to his staff after Tribune's bankruptcy filing on Monday?           |
