BSkyB and 3D Video, Astra 1M in SES' Hands

According to press reports, British Sky Broadcasting has conducted broadcast tests of 3D television in the home. During the past few months Sky has shown boxing, rugby matches, soccer games and other events using 3D cameras --- SES has taken over operations of the Astra 1M satellite after completing in-orbit testing. The satellite designed and built by Astrium was launched last month.
