Strikeforce makes an offer to Fedor and M-1

According to Strikeforce has made their offer to Fedor,

A source close to Emelianenko's camp has informed FiveKnuckles.com that Emelianenko has received an offer from Strikeforce which includes a non-exclusive contract for between $500,000 and $700,000 per fight, guaranteed exposure on CBS shows and a cut of any PPV event he was a part of.

Strikeforce has offered Fedor Emelianenko and M-1 would be for $1 million per fight: $500k from Strikeforce and $500k from CBS for 6 fights (not sure about what happens when he doesn't fight on CBS or perhaps these are all CBS fights?). Any fight would be co-promoted with M-1 and the contract would be non-exclusive.

As with the previous report regarding the UFC contract offer WKR is once again classifying this as "Rumor." We will not classify any report Fedor contract report as news until we see confirmation from the parties involved. Currently information is changing too quickly and with the language barrier it seems prudent to make such a classification.
With regards to the previously rumored offer to Fedor from the UFC there are some revisions to that report according to Jonathan Snowden.
The $30 million number was based upon PPV projections, Fedor's actual guaranteed money in the UFC deal was less than what Fedor was making with Affliction. The actual sum of guaranteed money was $2 million and only covered three fights not the rumored six fights
