true fta reciever

I am looking for a true fta reciever with good blind scan capabilites and to operate a motorized 36" dish . I have a viewsat extreme with great dish tweaking capabilites , ( setting usals and going to the user settings to tweak the setting for max quality and setting the new stop). I have tried the pansat 2700 great blind scan capabilites the usals work not to bad but I can't tweak for the highest quality.I also have read that the fortecstar and the traxis is a pansat 2700 . your input would greatly be appreciated..
