question about star choice sat

a fellow at work asked why is star choice not available for testing? i'm not sure, does anyone know why or why not? thank you

They have a different type of encryption called Digicipher 2.
Fta Receivers have fixes for N@gr@vi5i0n and sometimes Vi@cce55.
If there are others hacks then they are kept a secret.
