no s/q

i have allways setup my max the same way for years...19 on 12239-port 1 and 10 on 12224-port 2 and now no q/s..while playing around i put them on turbo and got a good s/q and got all the channels..why is that??...ps..yes i have everything on...

Well it's not a connection issue if you hooked em up to a different receiver and had a good S and Q. My advice is to post your antenna settings for all to see. The more eyes the better. If you just installed the latest bin, sometimes settings can change.

Is your receiver is Viewsat Max HD?

yes it is a viewsat max hd...had it for about a year..never have change anything..around 6 fixes ago it stoped getting any s/q..that is when i put it on turbo 1 and turbo 2 and it would pick up s/q....i don't think anythink can be burned out if i can pick it up with turbo...
