Try bypassing the switch, use a direct feed from the lnb to receiver and make sure you have the right setting in the receiver. You didn't mention what satellite you're trying to catch and what receiver you're using.

As jhay mention, give us more info and you will get more help.

I'd be interested in the results of this thread. I have pretty much the exact same setup as you and cannot get signal quality of any kind with my Invacom LNB. As soon as I swap out the Invacom for a good old circular or linear, I can get excellent signal quality. I thought this meant that my LNB was bad, but I took it indoors and connected it directly to the receiver, and I get some signal strength which means that the LNB is doing something and is not totally dead. It's a mystery...

Try swapping the Invacom out for an LNB that you know works to see if you can get a signal. Just make sure you point at a Circular Sat if you've got a Circular LNB (DishNet or BV -- 82, 91, 110, 119) and a Linear Sat if you've got a Linear LNB (101, 123, etc.).

Just because you have a signal does not mean you are hitting the sats. signal is Receiver to the Dish, Quality is from the dish to the Sat. I would recommend you hook up the circular side of your Invacom sinc Circular sat's are a lot easier to pick up for alligning a dish. Bypassing the Surge Protector and switch. To the motor and motor to the receiver. The switch and surge protector can be added later when you have it working correctly. Make shure all of your settings are correct or you won't see and quality when you hit the Sat's. and find all of your sat's Good Luck

set your middle bird them set the end ones the east and wet when they all have the same signal then you will have all the birds...but with that small of dish you do not have any tolerance
you have a signal or not ..but you have to set up the first one
but after you have it set up then let us know....also remember nothing can be put in your line from dish to your receiver
