FTA Quick question

Would there be a problem if i unhooked my paid dish reciever and hooked up my sonicview 360 elite to the paid dish lnb's on occasion? Is there any way for them to know? I want to get spanish channels that are freely avaiable over ther air, i just don't want them all the time. I also don't want to have to use a 2nd dish.

the fta dont transmit signals just recive them.
also you could test with a Switch to have both units working

You have a subscription and want to watch other channels on your fta receiver.
No one can tell if you are using the subscribed receiver or the fta one so no worries there.
My advice would be to use the fta receiver until the ecm hit then you have your subscription to use as a back up.
I know a great many people that do this and they never have any trouble.

Also if you use a switch like anonymous suggest you never have to unhook or nothing. Read our how to's in the switch area and it will show you what you need.
