FTA A little help

Hi all,
I was hoping for a little help. I'm completly oblivious to this stuff. I've been using a eurovox, which no longer works thanks to nagra 3. Now I'm considering a dish soloution. But before i go spending money and wasting time I need to know it will be worth it.
Firstly, has nagra 3 been somehow used in the same way on sattelite signals or can they still be accessed.
Secondly, I live in an apartment where the balcony points roughly north east. I've heard they need to point roughly south east. Are there any sattelites to the north or east i could train to?

Hello. Well, first off, your receiver should work fine for what it is made for, true FTA. For buying another receiver, you probably should wait. As far as what FTA sats you can find, go to dishpointer.com and type in your coordinates. Then you can find out what true fta sats you can find in your area. Hopefully this helps.
