FTA FTA 360 premiere freezing

Hi, thanks for being there for us newbees. I thought I had a mind and have no idea where it is, but this is all so new to me.
I am so confused. I know I need to use a sysclean file to resolve my freezing issue but do not find a current one in the file downloads. Which one should I use?
And once I go to factory rest will I need to put a new factory file in also?

tried a hard reboot first

files from January 08 still working without a glitch i assume you have loaded any of those new sv ihub files that should be causing the freezing.

you can simply reload file Sonicview SV360 Premier_V0175P that should do it.

there's no need to do a factory reset nor install sysclean file.
