FTA Dish and LNB

I own a 18" circular dish with single lnb. Is it able (if i make a bracket), to put another lnb on this size dish to say pick up 110 etc?

Yes,
you can buy a special bracket that was made for 119 , 110.

So would i be limited to these 2 satellites, or could proceed even further... Or is this when the eliptical comes into play?

you could always invest in a motor for your dish. then it would automatically swing from one sat to the other thus giving you a wider range of satellites to pick up.

Even with a motor you are very limited with only a 18" dish. You will not pick up any of the linear sats.
