FTA captiveworks error 020

Hi,

I have a captiveworks 800s and last night when I uploaded the "new" file, the box gave me an error 020, can not see the programing, can not even turn it off. Did I "fried" it? Helpppppp!

Sorry to hear about your bad experience.
I dug up a little research and what you need to do is reload bin 1.93.
It should bring your unit back to life but of course you are also going to have to input the serial number on the bottom of your unit.
